Eat healthy- take a protein snack for a mid morning or mid afternoon pick me up--- dont eat a heavy lunch that will cause the snoozes because your body will be busy trying to digest the huge meal.... milk is always good for a quick pick me up- protein and natural sugar....

go out for some fresh air when you find that you cannot concentrate anymore. or simply take yourself away from work for awhile like surfin the net. hope this helps.
