Change the K to a C and it means "If you wanted my heart I'd give it to you unconditionally."

everyone is right -- it could be interpreted several different ways. most likely with the puncutuation it means if you wanted, my sweetheart, i would give to you without any doubt.

the most complete thought would be if you wanted my heart i would give it to you unconditionally.
