Hi, looks like you are travelling around Thailand, almost end to end. How many days do you have for this? Do you have a plan to distribute the days spent in each place? Borrow a Lonely Planet guide from your local library and then go to the Night Market .. you'll be accosted by loads of guides and they all speak good English
