Is the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Bangkok worth the money?

There are many options available, all that matter is your choice and what you intend to do while you are there. Oriental is near the Chao Phraya River and you get good view and good location. But travelling will be a bit of a problem as it is away from the Skytrain line. Shangri-la will be closer to Saphan Thaksin Station.

Check www.asiarooms.com for hotels, facilities, nearby attractions and reviews. You get plenty of information even before you get there.

yes, really the best, but book online it's cheaper
