How do i train my dog?

How do i train my to grab someones throat and be housetrained? And if i tell him " Kill!'" would i go to jail but the guy tried to kill me?

I thought this was a good question until I read the rest. For the sake of the animal take it to a shelter NOW and do not ever get another dog!!!!!
