i got my ears pierced about 2 days ago. i was wondering if my ears were infected because when i rotate my earing when i am cleaning it, it kind of hurts a little. my ears arent swollen ,red, or goo isnt coming out. i was wondering when you rotate your earing when cleaning it and it hurts a little if it is normal

Isn't the body an amazing thing? It tells us things. Like pain is a sign when something is wrong. You poke holes in your ears -- it's a fashion thing and as an old fashioned kind of guy, I don't get it. But oh well, you poke holes in your ear lobes and your body is going to tell you that this isn't right. Chances are, if it's not errythemitus, no edema and no discharge, it's healing just fine.

If they aren't red and swollen you are probably just fine. The hole in your ear is "scabbing" to the earring right now. Every time you turn the earring you are tearing off that part of the scab.
Keep your hands and fingers impeciably clean when turning the earrings!

It is normal...just keep rotating...I used witch hazel on my ears alcohol is too drying. You can also use some triple action antibiotic ointment(neosporin)

Sounds normal, but if it starts hurting when you're not doing that, see a doctor.

it is perfectly normal as long as its not red or puffy
