If you truly do like pain, just grab her privates but protect your own when you do that. Maybe you should wear a football crotch cup while you are at it. That would be in public.
Now if you want some rough stuff in private just accuse your "honey" I use that word loosely, of cheating on you with someone she can't stand to be around. That should provide the desired results.
