Well they all make you sad and cry sometimes, but always? What's up with that, if he always makes you cry you need to get a new boyfriend that will treat you better and has respect for your emotions. You didn't say what he does, but it sounds like he must get some kind of kick or enjoyment out of it if he always does it, most guys don't want a girl crying?

You can love him all you want, but you will never be happy with him. Time to move on. Find a guy that gives you a reason to smile and laugh. You deserve a partner that cares about your feelings, and he doesn't deserve your tears.
