If they don't go to church, don't belong to any denomination of faith,
live their lives according to their OWN word ......is that sinning in the eyes of christians?

So the general message I'm getting is that unless I read the bible, accept jesus etc, I am sinning?
But it's ok for nutbag christians to sin time and time again, but then read a few pages of the bible or pray for forgiveness and things are all good again? No wonder I steer clear of religion.

Yes, there are everyday people who live by the law and have morals, but are still sinners. ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God! The eyes of christians really is not the point. This is up to God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

To really answer this question I think we need to go to scripture and see how Christians related to each other. We can use this as an example of how we should relate to each other as followers of God. I think we have to remember that no man is an island.
Acts 2:44-47
44 All the believers were together and had everything in common.
45 Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need.
46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts,
47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
NIV
As to how God will treat those who do not follow this pattern I cannot say. Only God knows for He is the ultimate judge. But I think it is evident from this scripture how God would have us relate to one another.

Yes, they are still sinning. The human race sins. We are unable not to. That is why Jesus had to die for us. Faith in him, and trying to lead a life that pleases God is the only way you will survive this world......
p.s. girl wonder is wrong about the infant thing. We don't think that. How can a infant or a unborn child sin?

No. It's sinning in the eyes of GOD !
The Law was set forth by God so you would know what sin IS. And that you are a sinner and you can NOT overcome your sin on your own. Jesus covered your sin. When you believe in Him then your sin is no more.

Every Christian knows we are ALL sinners. Every human being. The only one without sin before or ever will be is Jesus. That is why we all need HIm.

somebody who would not recognize the certainty can not be judged via it. Its people who recognize it yet do no longer do it that gets nailed. The Irony of this is that we've all been presented the certainty. Thumbs down won't shop your ***

Funny how that works, but if you go back in time when religion was virtually the government, you can see that if the people are not going to church, then they are not tithing. So it was written to be a sin not to go to church. That way the church is assured to collect their money.

The bible says that there are none without sin. If you are honest with yourself, you know this is true for you. How could it not be true then for every person?
