Everyone is at a different place in their journey. Everyone is attracted to the belief system whereby they can learn the most for their position in time. A third grader cannot flourish in a sixth grade environment. There is value in all religions, as there is value in each grade level. Let everyone be where they are and learn what they need to learn before moving on. As all grade levels lead to "graduation", all paths (religions) lead to the same destination.

Religion is actually a business in disguise (the belief business). It generates billions of dollars a year in donations that are tax free. Originally there were only a handful of religions (Catholic, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Pagan). Smart people realized that if you start a new religion, it gives you power and money. Now everyone has jumped on the bandwagon. Last estimates show at least a 1000 different religions. So add on, Presbyterian, Lutheran, 7th Day Adventist, Hinduism, Christian Science, Jehovah's Witness, Episcopal. Judaism has branched out into, Orthodox, Conservative and Reformed. Islam into Shite, Sunni etc, etc. If you drive through a poor neighborhood, you will see religions(the store front ones) that you never heard of. The only true one is the one who can prove or produce a man living in a cloud. Which means, none of them.

I have heard more than once that the reason there are so many religions is because people are on different levels. Some religions appeal to more right-brained people. Some religions appeal to more left-brained people. Some appeal to those who don't want a lot of rules. Some appeal to people whose self-esteem is tied to how well they can follow the rules. What is important is to find out what the nature of God is, and then find the religion that most accurately describes God and His work and His mission. Go where your blessings are, and if needed, feel free to graduate on up. Have a happy day.

Not all religions believe in the concept of the Christian heaven. Not all religions believe there is only one "true" way to worship. A course on world religions might be very enlightening for you---or even perhaps a dictionary of world religions. There are many different beliefs all over the world.

Well why is your faith automatically the 'right' one? because you have grown up in that environment? For all you know, you have chosen the wrong faith & are being led astray blah blah.

If i were you I'd find an alternate route to heaven....you know, just in case.

I believe that there is much more than one way to Heaven, Nirvana what ever it is called in the multitude of faiths.

I think sometimes the ones who believe that they know it all, don't know much because they refuse to look outside their beliefs. (Not directing that at you)

Peace...

Christ is the head of His Church. He reserves the right to decide who makes it to heaven and who doesn't. I think it'll be a matter of good and bad, not by faith alone.

Only one way ? Even if you mean Jesus are you predicting which
Christian sect is the one, and how about the Jews who are
in the bosom of Abraham that's another way, or the martyrs
during the seven year reign, or,or,etc. etc. there appears to be more than one way.

I think there has to be one way. Most people are responding asking why you think your religion is right, but why do they think theirs is? They must think theirs is or they wouldn't belong to it. So, the question is, which one is right? That is something eaqch person has to decide for themselves and hopefully they will rely on the spirit to guide them and not their own minds that are married to their own preconceived ideas.
