I am trying to find out which religious saint a friend gave me? I don't know if it's Greek, Roman or anything else, all I see is a saint with a crown standing, he has three fingers of his right hand pointing upward (He looks like he's making a peace sighn but he has his thumb up as well) and in his left hand he has a circular object with a cross on it (sort of like what the queen was carring when she was crowned)

I know this isn't helpful. But I want to know who it is and the lady who gave it to me assumed that I knew who he was. So I went along with it an acted surprised and happy. Truth is I know nothing about saints.

Help I am seeing her tomorrow.

Sounds like Jesus himself to me. He is the king of kings.

Is he wearing a crown? When you say that 3 fingers are pointed upward, are the other two with the little finger and thumb together? It might not be a Saint. What is he wearing? What colors? Does it say anything on the back? Most cards of Saints tell something about the Saint on the back. It could be Jesus. It could be a Saint that was a Priest or Bishop, but I would guess Jesus giving a blessing.

Wish I could be of more help, because I'm sure you'd be embarrassed to have to admit you don't know which saint she gave you. True Christians don't worship saints, because they're all just human anyway. Ask a catholic....they should be able to tell you.

It sounds like it might have been St. Joseph, as he is the Patron Saint of the Universal Church?

Or perhaps even one of the 12 of Apostles?

It could be St. Patrick. Do a google image search of him and see if he looks like the pics.

God bless,
