When ever I'm sitting close to him, I feel this urge to kiss him, even if its just on the cheek. I'm very good friends with him, he knows I like him. I'm pretty sure he likes me. Should I do it?

yeah, you could like...sit on his lap or something playfully and just kiss him on the cheek like you would a little kid. and see what he does.
if he plays with you back, then you know ur in good.
