alanon meetings are readily available pretty much wherever na and aa meetings are. This is a good support system for children, spouses, family members and friends of alcoholics or others with drug addictions.

Alanon or Alateen. You can find out times and such by calling the AA group in your area. They are a good outlet for family members going through this.

support him buy going to meeting with him. or get the book n.a. anonymous so you could understand the person better and know what he will be going throw. and you could talk to he about the 12 and 12 steps.it not easy in the beginning he need all the support he need.. meeting maker make it. and tell him to get a commitment in the meeting. and log on to the Internet narcotic anonymous.give him my e-mail senses42@yahoo.com i have 14 year clean thanks GOD and N.A. go to counselling with them and also attend alanon meetings or group meeting at the counselling office their going to. you can also go to CA meetings or AA or NA. they will all be useful
