I think it's easiest to break the body up into "movement groups", as it's a bit more functional than thinking of the individual muscles. This is how I do it:

1. Pushing Muscles (includes vertical and horizontal pushing):
-BASIC muscles invloved: pectoralis group, anterior and lateral deltoids, triceps.
-Examples:
bench press (horizontal push)
military press (vertical push)

2. Pulling Muscles (includes vertical and horizontal pulling):
-BASIC muscles involved: trapezius, latisimus dorsi, posterior deltoid, rhomboids (major and minor), biceps, brachialis.
-Examples:
seated row (horizontal pull)
pull-up (vertical pull)

3. 2-Leg Movements:
-BASIC muscles involved: quadriceps group, hamstrings group, gluteals, adductor group, abductor group, calf muscles, muscles of the anterior lower leg.
-Examples:
squat, stiff-legged deadlift

4. Single-Leg Movements:
-BASIC muscles involved: same as 2-leg exercises, more emphasis on gluteals, hamstrings, and the stabilizers of the knee.
-Examples:
lunges, step-ups, split squats, single-leg stiff-legged deadlifts

5. Trunk Muscles:
-BASIC muscles involved: rectus abdominis, internal and external obliques, transverse abdominis, quadratus lumborum, erector spinae group (illiocostalis, multifidus, etc.).
-Examples:
crunches, plank-holds, reverse crunches, quadraplex.

yes it will repair itself over time the corianet cells will go to work and finish the job on small muscles in about 5 weeks and on bigger muscles like biceps up to about 8 months maybe a year for complete recovery

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. There are muscles that govern the face, neck, trunk, hip, knee, ankle, foot, toes, scapula, shoulder, elbow, forearm, wrist, fingers, and thumb. These comprise the voluntary muscles. Then there are the involuntary muscles such as the muscles of the stomach.
