not really. you're probably 5 pounds overweight at the most, but don't worry. you're probably going through puberty or might be soon so you need that extra fat for that. so dont diet, just watch what junk food you're putting into ur mouth and you try riding ur bike or jumping rope everyday.

I doubt you're fat! You soundl like you may have pubescent "baby fat" that you'll hopefully outgrow. Doctors classify appropriate body weigh by your built, small, med. or large. You need to talk to your family physcian and he can weigh you and check your body fat index. Personally, I think 120 lbs. is good for 5'3. I'm 5'8 and weigh 133 lbs. but have a small built and people tell me I'm too skinny but it's just the way I am. If you want to lose weight, be healthy about it. Cut out junk and fast food and start doing a little exercising every day. School sports are also a great way to tone up and so are dance classes. Good luck and remember, I doubt you're fat. I know all guys prefer girls with a little meat on her bones so don't worry. If you're belly hangs over your bikini though at 13, I would definitely exercise esp. sit-ups. GOOD LUCK

You seem to be about average, certainly not "fat".
135 pounds is less than 10 stone for goodness sake!
More to the point, are you happy wit how you look and what you weigh? If so, fab!! If not, then if you want to gain a little or lose a little then so long as you keep things sensible it should do no harm.

You are fine but if you want to avoid getting larger start good eating habits now and make sure to do some sort of exercise wether it be in school sports or even something like bike riding will help you maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. You still have to go through puberty so just keep an eye on your habits now.

You're not at an unhealthy weight. It's all about how you feel about yourself. If you're unhappy with how you look, try cutting back on high caloric, high sugar, high fat foods and incorporating an exercise or activity into your life that you would enjoy. Try to be more active. Remember that you're only 13 however, and many people go through an awkward physical stage in their early teenage years. I wouldn't obsess over it.

You're going or gonna go through puberty. Don't diet now, your body need all of the nutrients it can to grow and form properly.
Just regularly exercise, or find a sport you enjoy!
Have fun and enjoy life while it's simpler =)
