I always get really bad allergies this time of year. What's the best thing for a really stuffy nose?

Mucinex-D over the counter. It helps thin the mucous and decongests @ the same time. Back when I was working, it was Rx only and the physicians I worked for Rx'd it all the time...and the patients raved about it!

Sudafed is what works best for me. The active ingredient is pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. With the new laws, you do have to go up to the pharmacy counter to get it but no perscription is needed.

I prefer not to take pills for that, as it makes me kinda jittery.

I think the best thing is a good 12-hour nasal spray.

I just buy the store brand, cause it's way cheaper.

I used to take sudafed it did great!!!

But i heard mucinex was great for it!!!
I thought it was just for chest congestion but apparently it is for both!!!

I bought some already but haven't had to use it yet!!!
