You know keloids happen sometimes and you are probably better off not getting pierced if this seems to be an issue for you.
Apparently, you already know what the tragus piercing is but there are 2 links below....1 from Wikpedia about the tragus
and the other about the what, why and treatment and prevention...hope this helps.
You might have to see a doctor to get a topical ointment to help prevent the tragus from getting worse.

Go see your doctor, you may have to remove your piercing, ask then if they can inject the area with a solution called Kenalog-10. Best thing for you to do is to avoid anymore piercings, these can grow pretty large and must get surgically removed if not treated on time, or if they wont stop growing.

put a warm rag or a warm wet teabag on it. call your piercer in the morning and have them look at it asap.
