You will have 3 fittings after the dress comes in, before April, so unless it is a massive weight loss, or gain, the dress can be fixed to fit.

Well, you do have another couple fittings after you get the dress. And I am pretty sure that the dress could be let out a bit...not much though.

Does your weight change a lot? If you yo-yo with your weight, you might think about getting a nutritionist to help you create a diet that will keep you stable.

Sign up at a gym, and post the bill for your dress alongside your mirror so it will remind you what's at stake every time you look at yourself.
April is only five months away -- shouldn't be hard to stay with your dress size as long as you coast a bit over the holidays. Grab your fiancee and go out for walks, take out the bicycles, go skiing, whatever you need to do to keep yourself in good shape.
And congratulations to you both! I'm sure you'll look lovely on your big day.

Measure yourself exactly and make sure that you stay the same. The best way is to reduce your intake of calories and start exercising daily for 20 minutes and you'll find yourself in the balance of weight without gaining or losing...just the right way to maintain yourself. All the best.

Toughie, because the pressure not to gain could cause you to freak out and sabotage it! Just remember it's not forever, and keep your eyes on the prize.
