I agree with Zahra about just going for it.
Although if you don't want to be too brash, the first thing you have to do (before you even start the conversation) is sort of gather your thoughts and what you want to say. Do you just want to say that you like her a lot and that if she wants something more, then you're open for it? Do you want to say that you like her a lot and want to ask her out? Bundle your thoughts so you don't just start spewing gibberish.
As for actually starting the conversation, it's hard to say. You may be talking to her about something and then you'll find that it's the right moment (sort of a gut feeling). You could try to ease in a subject about friends...say if she has a friend who didn't treat her very well (or you have one), you can start talking about that, sort of edge it into "It's hard to find good friends," and then tell her how much she means to you. Even if she gets squirmish about feeling-talk, it always makes someone feel good to hear that someone cares about them. ALWAYS!
So just go for it. I think more than anything, your gut will tell you when to do it. Good luck!

"Hi" is considered a polite greeting for acquaintances. For strangers you should say something else, such as "Hello" or "Excuse me, I'm a visitor here. Can you help me?" It is true that people of other countries are more concerned about politeness than Americans. For example in the USA it is considered normal to learn a person's first name right away and his last name later. In most of Europe adult men friends call each other "Mister" for their entire lives. Only children address each other by first names.

I went through a phase where talking about feelings made me squirm big time. The best way for a guy to approach me at that time would have been to write me a letter and give it to me like a day or so before we had something fun planned. - It would give her some time to process the information without feeling like she is being watched.

Why do you want to do this thing when you know it will make her uncomfortable? For whose benefit is this conversation? If you just want to get your feelings out in the open, write her a letter or send her flowers. Your feelings will probably not be as much of a surprise to her as you think.

You know, I've noticed that I'm in a lot better mood on the days I get to talk to you. I guess that means I like seeing you more than the other people I know.

well, you have to be relaly calm and normal. dont get too fast. she might get freaked out. just talk to her like any other conversation. then try to pick a topic like about crushes. tell her you really like this girl. i'm sure she will say something about it. find the right moment and tell her. something like this:" i like you. those days with you had been amazing. i now its kind of sudden and you might be shocked. you're such a great girl"

YEAh shyness is a big deal, If she squirms, or trys to pull away in a shy manner, she likes you, hold her down, hold her hand, hug her, She wants it if she's shy. Trust me on that.

First you have know her really well. Then you can say, "You are so much fun to be around. I really look forward to talking to you." See how she reacts to that. Until you are dating, that's enough for now.

i think the best way is to tell her how you feel about her first....please just do it...
too many people hold back..and regret never doing anything
love is a gift...if u truly love someone...ur pride means less than her happiness
