Like keeping myself from eating unhealthy foods and to find the energy to get up and work out and to do this longer than just a week.

I had to have my own "wake up" call before I started doing my stuff on a daily/weekly basis. For me, it was seeing my boyfriend's mother (former model) look better than me on a vacation in California. I turned on FitTv, and started exercising with Gilad. But what I'm trying to say is, you need to have that moment of clarity where you realize that you're not going to lose weight by wishing it away. You have to exercise consistently for results. I feel SO much better about my life and I've gone from 162 to 142 and still going. I'm no longer hating my life, jealous or insecure, and I feel like I have so much more energy. It's easier to say no to bad foods when you're seeing results.

I keep a daily journal on my-calorie-counter.com to track what I've eaten and what activities I've done. The fact that I have to see everything added up keeps me good. Here is mine for an example: http://www.my-calorie-counter.com/Profile.asp?UserId=cosmosmariner

Good luck! I promise that eating better ... common sense ... will help!

BOUNCE BACK, GET FIT AND STAY ON TRACK

I have made a 100% turn-around and the results have been simply amazing. Now do not worry, I won't keep this secret to myself, I'll go ahead and share it. When you think about it is is really logical and research from some of the worlds top Doctors/PHD's recommend this. CAUTION this will give great results and will take will-power and you will enjoy complete satisfaction…NOW, LET ME INTRODUCE THE TEN RULE

1.Replace all sugary sodas and fattening artificial juices with pure water and organic teas (occasional juices are o.k. but they will delay weight-loss)

2. Eat an excellent breakfast every day... Make Meals colorful with nuts and grains, fruits n' veggies,dairy,meats... etc.

3. Don't just eat HUGE meals a day but instead have 6, yes 6 little ones... you can make it fun and you won't feel so hungry. If you are full stop eating.

4. Exercise and also just like eating you can do 6 portions of exercise in between...

-push-ups
-lunges
-running or fast walking
-squats
-weights
-or any fun activity (golf,sk8boarding,swimming)
(DO WHAT YOUR DOCTOR RECOMMENDS THE ABOVE IS ONLY A SAMPLE )

5. DO NOT EAT AFTER 7:30

6.If you get sleepy or loose some energy take a quick, brisk walk outdoors

7.Do not eat and watch TV

8.Keep yourself motivated (listening to music or planning a tasty supper can help)

9.Get plenty of rest

10.LAUGH, yes laugh there are many great laughs on youtube

OTHER FACTS

Today there is too much information available on losing weight that has become more confusing and sometimes difficult to follow. It’s actually very easy to lose weight if you follow my weight loss tips.* Be in right frame of mindBefore you can start any diet program you need to be in the right frame of mind. If you do not feel good about yourself you probably will not want to choose healthy foods. You cannot expect the act of going on a diet to make you feel better about yourself. The only way you can choose to eat a healthy diet to lose weight is if you have a positive self-image.* Eat whole foodTop weight loss tipsEat whole foods that are as natural as possible. When you eat whole foods that are full of nutrients your body will know how much to eat and how much not to eat. You do not have to count calories because your body is a wonderful machine.* Eat fresh fruitEat at least two servings of fresh fruit every day. Choose whatever type of fruit is in season.* Drink enough waterDrink the best weight loss supplement known to man, water. Most people do not know the difference from being hungry for food or thirsty for water. A great deal of times people eat when they should drink. Most likely you will not feel as hungry if you are getting enough water. You will be satisfying the thirst, which is confused for hunger. Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.* Always chew your foodAlways chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps aid in digestion.* Take small mealsEat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal.* Include protein at mealInclude good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.* Shut off TV while eatingShut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!* Increase your physical activityIncrease your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it. Right now I am at my target weight and I feel wonderful. This motivated me research more easy, and healthy weight loss methods. I think the key to get success in life is to take the good and leave the bad and commit, keep on keepin’ on and DO NOT STOP!!!!!!!!!!!

GOOD LUCK

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

IT UP! SWEAT! google motivating rates and look and photographs of lean, healthful athletes -additionally, take photographs of your physique in numerous positions (element, front, back) and print photographs of an athlete who's physique you recognize. positioned up all of those photographs in a small booklet or your wallet or someplace the place you will see them on a daily basis, each and every time you could desire to cheat or you lack motivation.
