If you mean Head of Humans according to Hindu mythology, then the answer is God. But if you mean what are the humans that originated from head of Brahma is called, then they are known as Brahmins. But you need to know what it really means. According to the legend, Brahmins originated from Head of Brahma, Kshatriyas from his chest, Vaishya from his belly and Shudra from the part lower than his waist. They were not physical manifestations but just illustrates four type of human personalities. Everybody is born a Shudra as they originate from below the waist region. If they work as a helping hand or maid or a labourer, then they are Shudras. If they are basically concerned about worldly pleasures such as food, they find themselves stemming from belly and are known as Baniya. If they are courageous, brave and kind-hearted, ruled by their hearts and impulsive, they originate from chest of Brahma and are known as Kshatriyas but if they indulge in faculties of mind such as reading and writing, scientific experiments or do things that need mental powers, they stem from head or mind of Brahma and are known as Brahmins.
Corrected- Man vs Woman can never be decided. If both the sexes do not cooperate, the world or the family will run heywire. It is the mutual friendly co-existense of both the genders that makes a happy world. One person cannot keep all the power, of course. Other gender will naturally find ways to revolt or make the 'almighty' uncomfortable. If they discuss and take mutual decisions and learn to do anything like a team, they will be able to run life better.

The question "Who is the head of human"?~ ~ "Who has the power of the world (man or woman)? . . . My thought...the 'head of the world and human is our creator as we refer to name as God. Man or woman ? God is genderless, not male or female. I feel we see God as He and a male figure as our society reflects man as provider and protector. So, "head of the world / human" being God...male or female? . . . gender is of no importance. What is important is our knowledge, relationship, awareness for growth and connectedness with the energy of God.

the head of a human being is his own CONSCIENCE which guides him to be on the right track. whenever a deviation takes place from noble to evil in hils deeds the inherent result may be positive or negative according to its nature when the realization dawn on him about the guiding factor - which is rather considered to be our head since all ideas and urges originate from our mind., known as BUDDHI - intelligence - understanding likewise.
