Build up your endurance slooooooowly. And don't give up. Sooner or later you'll be up and going for 20 minutes straight. If you try to rush into it, you'll probably cramp up, end up out of breath, and your body will send messages to your head telling you not to try that again. Otherwise known as laziness.

you're really not overpaying. i'm 13 and that i play in a sophisticated sanatorium daily plus a 60 dollar deepest two times a week as extra. I also play tournaments virtually each and every weekend. i propose that you play in an section tennis sanatorium a minimum of monday-thursday in case you imagine you're serious about this. Mine is purely 2 hours lengthy (from 4-6 immediately after college). that is an outstanding exercising consultation to. We do a good number of operating in sanatorium. the days that you're literally not playing you should run, bounce rope, elevate weights, etc.

When I started doing excercise I would get really exausted but after I did some warm ups like stretching and doing some jumping jacks in the morning I got less tired. That was all in the summer, now that I'm in school I really can't dedicate an hour to excercise, I only stretch for 5 minutes before I take the bus.

There are 2 ways to exercise. One is go to a gym, the other one is engage in sports activity.
I would highly recommend go from sports first. Go with easy sports like walking with your iPod/MP3 player. Biking is good also. And exercise doesn't mean you have to sweat. Exercise means to make your body cell active.

Some people don't sweat easily, so you don't have to worry about it too much.

I hate to exercise at all.But I love the results when I do. I work out in a pool. It's great.I get a complete workout and I don't feel any pain and I don't sweat. My body is in great shape,it's firm and tone.Ask a physical therapist for a list of water exercises. It does'nt involve swimming.I work out in 4 feet of water.

I am too lazy to exercise too. But, the thing that gets me motivated is my favorite music, when I hear it, it makes me want to dance. So burn yourself a CD or turn on the radio. Also I like to learn new things. Right now I am trying belly dancing. Just try to make it fun for yourself.

i think the more often you exercise, the easier it will be and the more fun it will be. so start out slow, exercising for only as long as you can take each day, and then stop and repeat it the next day. also, finding some good warmup stretches to do before your hardcore workout might help your exercising endurance.
