cheese cake recipes vary dramatically depending on what your preferences are
There is the rock hard heavy full bodied baked cake that is make from loads of Philidelphia cream cheese.. and then it goes totally the other way to those light fluffy gelatin cheese cakes, that are more like pudding in a cloud... haha!
Just go to google search engine and type in easy cheese cake and browse the recipes to find something you think would be easy to make.

Follow the recipe on the back of the Philadelphia cream cheese package. Delicious and easy. You need to put some chocolate fudge on top, maybe nuts.

I ask it out for a date and buy it dinner, and maybe, after a few dates I will get lucky and be able to "do cheese cake".
It would be a new experience for me though. ;)

my mom buys the Jello brand and its really easy. it doesnt taste like jello it tastes like really good cheesecake. you can find it at the grocerie store, and the directions are easy.
