what can I do to get rid of.............................?

well after a certain time on internet and when i want to open another page of Internet explorer a got a little window that appears with the following message: A runtime error has occurred. Do yu wish to Debug? Line: 51 Error popus is undefined Yes Non
I always choose Non and goes away but is very annoying what can i do to get rid of this message every time?
Please any help from a PC doctor?

If this error appears for only a certain site that you are trying to vist, then its a scripting problem with that site but, if this appears for all the sites then, you better do the following,

Open Internet Explorer
Go To Tools - Internet Options
You will see Delete Cookies, Delete Files, Clear History Buttons
Click on each button and press Yes. Make sure to select the Delete All Offline Contents Check Box when you click on the Delete Files Button.

Close your browser
Re-open and again select Tools - Internet Options
Click on the Advanced Tab
Click on the Button - Restore Defaults - Apply OK.

Now try opening other windows, you should not get that message again.

But, if still you are unsuccessful then, only one thing exists. Just uninstall and reinstall Internet Explorer and your problem will be removed forever.
