If you're nursing anything you put in your mouth comes out in the milk you're giving to your baby. I would wait until you stop nursing to start drinking red bull again.

Red Bull has a lot of cafeine and your doctor would probably advise against it.

Check this website out, it has amazing information on breast feeding and what to limit on. Caffeine is fine, but I think you might be consuming too much. Anyway, read what the pros say.

of course its not healthy...it may be not good for your baby...try to avoid or decrease ur intake .....
