She moved away to "get some space" and told me she was pregnant, we only had sex 1 time about 1 month before she left. she said she took 2 lab tests and they were positive. I really didnt believe her and wasnt really "into it" then she says she didnt get her period for 2 months and then she says she had a miscarrage.
Is this even remotly possible? or did she make the whole damn thing up to test me.
The reason we broke up is because I didnt want to get married after 5 years of living together. (we have both been divorced with children and I thought we should wait)

If her tubes were tied it would be almost impossible for her to get pregnant. It would be along the lines of a miracle. Especially if you only had sex once!!! She made the whole thing up.

You will have to go through the whole pregnancy not knowing for sure but do keep in mind that condoms do rip, tear, break etc. It was very wrong for her to go to your parents first without telling you beforehand. You will want to request a paternity test as soon as the baby is born so you won't get hit for child support. If I were you and your parents I would tell her that I am not buying a thing for her or her baby until after the paternity test shows it's your baby. In the meantime save some money aside in case it is yours and then you can get necessary items then. If it ends up not being yours you can use that money to take yourself out and remind yourself to never get with a psycho like her again. Good luck. and DO NOT!! sign the birth certificate until you know the baby is yours, otherwise they will consider you the "legal father" and you will be paying child support for a child that isn't yours.

Getting your tubes tied isn't always a guaranteed fix. It's possible to get pregnant but not probable. You know her better than we do but I'd say she was just trying to aggravate you or get some sort of revenge because you broke up. ( I think you definitely made the right decision !! )

It is very possibe she was pregnant. If she didn't have the full tubal procedure it is possible her tubes grew back together. It is possible that she had a miscarriage as well. Instead of bein disbelieving maybe you should be thankful that you don't have to pay child support.

I think there is a really small chance of getting pregnant, even with you tubes tied.

I am a woman and I think she may be trying to pull a Jerry Springer on you. But however to be sure next time get a paternity test.

if she really had her tubes tied there is a very low chance of her getting pregnant, especially if its been eight years and unprotected sex all along. honestly if you want my opinion, i think she was trying to get you back to trap you
