you do not need medicine (supplements or drugs) to be a body builder. all you need is a proper balanced diet and a good workout regime. for a beginner the best way to get results is with a personal trainer you will see results up to 80% faster than if you were training on your own. supplements are great to assist with your gaining muscle mass but they are not essential. if you do try supplements go for products with glutamine or creatine, but consult your doctor before trying these things.

No i've heard on the news about suplements acting as a steroid would. They showed a couple suplements at Super Suplements Store and the explained that they carry the same ingrediants and have the same effects as official steroids. You can look it up more before listening to me but if i was you id go lift weights without suplements. But if you really want to use them then i would choose the ones your going to use then look them up on the internet or ask sumone at the store about them and make sure they dont contain the similiar ingrediants that make steriods steroids.

mypet: Think of it this way! The "medicine" used for body building affects the muscle bulk ... Right? Your muscles develop into larger ones. Question: since your heart is a muscle, do you really want to enlarge it? Your playing with fire !!!

What do you mean medicine? If you're taking medicine for illness then you should be fine. If you mean supplements, then yes you do need supplements when you want to become a bodybuilder.

drugs? u recommend supplements? a whey protein is the sole complement u could definitely need. in spite of if u benefit muscle or not relies upon upon how stable your weight loss plan and weight lifting ordinary are. not what pills u take.
