Greetings,
One of the hardest things you will do in your life, is to accept that your parents are just people who have tried to do there best (in most cases) and no more. This means that a 43 year old dad is just a 43 year old guy. He is going to be able to make stupid mistakes just like any other dude out there.
Let him go, if it makes him happy for now, it's still his life and let him make his mistakes. Now if he thinks you should call her Mom, Well to H#LL with that.
Good luck in all things,

yeah that's a little weird. is he rich? if he is... that's probably why she's going for him. but, if it is truely working out well and it's actually love, then i guess... good for him. but sheesh i dunno. i actually know someone who's dad is 78 years old and is dating a 25 year old. they actually just had a baby... yeah real weird... i know. but he's rich... and that is almost definately the only reason that she's w/ him. it's gonna be hard to get ur dad out of it though. good luck! : )
