What model and year is it?

Generally, you should find all screws/pressure clips that hold on the trim in the surrounding area of the radio. Then remove the mounts that the radio is attached to, and unclip the harness and the antenna and you are set to install the new one. That's at least my experience on most cars, MB... I've never done one... I honestly don't know...
