this guy really liked me...cuz he always flirted with me.....you know eye contact and all......n e ways i thought i would talk to him cuz i cud tell he was a bit scared to approach me...so i talked to him and he doesn't look up at me..... 1. he is not interested 2.) he is shy 3.) he is intimidated 4.) nervous 5.) let me know...............and he was talking to me but never looked into my eyes.....

he could be shy yes. but what throws me is he was fine flirting with ya earlier and you had eye contact now no.. He could be nervous now and a bit shy so he looks down as not to see your face as he may get nervous then. give him a bit of time if you like him and he'll warm up to you slowly.

He is probably nervous and shy, Take the initiative a go after him. Flirt with him and rub your bod up against him and smile a lot at him. Let him see that you are really turned on by him and he will get over his shyness. Let him feel your body and how hot you are.

He may just be one of those guys who doesn't like eye contact.

Honestly, looking down means that he wants to seem macho by not smiling ear-to-ear, which will happen if he looks at you. Also, it would prevent him from blushing. That's just in my experience.
