Headunit install on a 95 Ford Fseries Pickup help?

Hey, im gonna be installing an alpine headunit in my friends 1995 Ford FSeries Pickup tommorow and im just looking for any info ahead of time so i can do it quickly and painlessly. Any info on any installs on this vehicle will be GREATLY appreciated, also we already have the dash kit aswell as wireing harness. Thanks again!!

I'm not too sure about the Ford F series, but I know alot of vehicles also require an antenna adapter... otherwise, you will need electrical tape or crimp connecters to make sure your wires don't connect where they're not supposed to.
