I recommend staying away from "diets". Fad diets especially. They often leave out nutrients that are essential for basic health, and they're difficult to maintain in the long run.

Diet and exercise is the only proven and healthiest way to keep healthy. By diet I mean controlling what you consume, such as staying away from processed and refined carbs (sugar, candy, white bread, etc.), high bad fat foods, and the way you eat through the day (portion sizes).

Personally, I eat about 5 meals a day. I try not to consume more than 1000 calories at any particular meal, but usually it's much less than that. This helps keep my metabolism up and I don't feel hungry. Sometimes just a bit of self-discipline is necessary.

Physical activity is also very important. Find something you enjoy doing and stick with it. A balance of strength, cardio and flexibility is optimal.

Go to www.bodybuilding.com and peruse their nutrition and exercise articles there. There is a lot of great information to be seen.

Well I'm lazy and don't like to exercise so many would say that's a problem but it's not. I have lost 27 pounds and 2 3/4" in my waist in the last 42 days on a no diet, no exercise, no skipped meals, no special foods, weight loss plan called STACK. It's easy to use and this makes it easy to stick to and the results are a motivation as well. If you enjoy it you will stick to it

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

proper exercise.
avoid food high in fats.
lessen ur carbo intake.
dont drink COLD WATER of any SODA that is so cold (why? the food we normally eat has oil in it & everytime we drink cold drinks after meal, the oil in our intestine tend to solidify & it makes us feel so bloated & at the same time the food will be hard to digest.
