Since 9/11 things have become more difficult.
If you Love her Marry her in Brazil. The wedding reception will be more fun down there and cheaper.
It may take a while to obtain a green card to move to the States.
It helps if you have connections at the US consulate.
Then you have three choices>
1. Go down to Brazil and wait until she obtains the Visa, which could take up to a year. This will obviously depend on your job now in the States.
2. Return to the States, and maybe she can obtain a tourist visa , and can come and see you twice a year, untill her residence visa comes through.But please if you do that , she not stay.There's no point in having an illegal status.
3. Go through an Immigration Lawyer, it's an expensive choice, but sometimes they can speed up the process
