Methodists, Presbyterians, Catholic bishops, Reform Church, etc all have stated that they encourage the registration and/or PROHIBITION of handguns in the United States! Is there a church that realizes that it is citizens with guns that ensure freedom of religion?

Churches, whatever the denomination, need to stay out of secular business. Churches need to stick to the nourishing and education of Christian people with God's Word.

In Canada we have just gone through this, and all guns have been regisered and probably 60% or more turned in to the police. We have had our gunss removed. Interestingly our govt has told us that this will reduce the number of gun related deaths in our country, but last year 2005 there were more gun related deaths in our largest city than we have had in the history of the country. They are now saying that there are actually more guns in this country now than we had before we started this registration but none of them are now registered. Have we been fed a pack of lies.
