you can copy it with that but its impossible almost to "copy" the copy protection .. its a physical limitation in the hardware of burners ...you can clone cds and actually get them to work but it will usually only work ,if you pull it off, on the burner it was created on and wont be reliable to give to someone else .. clonecd and blindwrite are prolly better than alcohol if you want to try .. what most people do is copy the game to an iso file, which is an image of a disk with no copy protection on it so it wont work by itself... then they use an emulating software like daemontools to mount the image and fake the protection .. its usually used in conjunction with a "crack" which is a file that replaces the cd check mechanism in the game itself ... most games have both cd check and another protection looking for the data to be on the disk the right way ... you must defeat both in some cases .... so wat you do is go ahead and make an image with blindwrite, alcohol, or clonecd .... then visit ur local crack site and get the crack for ur game ... then use an iso program like iso buster or magic iso to turn the image into an iso and add an extra folder to it containing the crack file(s) and a notepad containing the serial ... then its ready to go ... you install it, open the folder u made to read the serial then copy the crack to the game folder replacing the original files ... then play ...

There has never been any hard form of copy protection for computer media whatsoever. The 3.5" disks came closest with a little dipswitch in the corner to toggle copy protection. Just make an image of the CD in order to back it up with your favorite CD copying program. (Just don't give it to a friend without providing the original and uninstalling it off your hard drive.)

on an analogous time as in case you have a DVD burner on your computer then you could desire to purpose this. in basic terms bypass on your accepted burning application and make an actual reproduction of the PS2 interest. yet from there you %. a mod chip put in on your PS2 to ascertain that it to be playable in the PS2
