If your asking than your not ready. Don't do anything. Trust me, there is time enough later when your more comfortable with the idea and the responsibility that sex brings.

Save it. There is a saying that goes around my college, "Keep it Chaste." Meaning, save yourself for that special someone with whom you believe you will be for the rest of your life.
Don't rush things. If your relationship is great without going further, then don't go further. If it is not, then perhaps it is not meant to be.
Save it. Don't feel pressured - ever. If you do, make that pressure known to your boyfriend. He should respect your feelings. Never feel like you have to do anything.
So much of today's youth believes they must experience sex as soon as possible, and that it is something that is needed to keep a relationship healthy. I don't know how old you are, but I am assuming you are young, so keep yourself to yourself until you are sure Mr. Right has come along (and that generally means after marriage).
Lots of teens go through relationships like tissues at a funeral. So don't convince yourself that you have found him. When you have found him, you wont need any convincing.

Are either of you prepared to deal with the possibility of a pregnancy?
Will sleeping with each other make things awkward? Will either of you regret it when it's all said and done?
Will you look back on the situation when you've moved on to another boyfriend and regret it and wish you had have waited like 95% of other people do?
You have a LOT of things to think about other than "what do we do now?"
