The normal weight for a person(woman) 5"10
is 140 pounds, for a man 5"10 170 pounds.

It depends from person to person. Get your body fat % checked. For example... Someone who is 5'10" with a small frame and 198 may be overweight, while if I was 198 I'd be 9% body fat. It all depends from person to person. Get your body fat checked. More than 20% body fat is considered overweight (for men, and it's higher for women since they are supposed to have a higher percent body fat). Are you a male or female? IGNORE THE PEOPLE WHO REFER YOU TO BMI. This is a VERY BASIC and rediculous generalization for most people. According to the BMI, I am supposed to be (at the most) 185 lbs. However, if I was 185, I would be 3% body fat (that of a VERY ELITE ATHLETE).

theres isnt a certain weight for ur height
cuz ur muscles will weigh more and the more u go to the gym the heavier ur muscles will be,u can loose inches from ur waist,etc.

i hope u can understand wat i mean
