My personal record is 18 and a half hours. I'd been double and triple shifting for several days before finally getting some down time. When I awoke I wasn't sure what day it was, whether it was AM or PM or even where I was for a while.

There are sleep clinics that would want to help diagnose your complications. You spend a nighttime on the lab and are monitored for mind waves and sleep apnea variety of complications. yet first flow for your well-being care specialist or perhaps a psychiatrist to make sure in case you may get some help there.
