Orchard Bank is a great way to rebuild credit.

If I remember correctly, they have an annual fee and an application fee.

They start you off with a low limit and increase over time. They report to the Big 3 monthly.

There is something called a secured credit card - basically, you deposit an amount with them (say $300) then that amount is your credit limit.
