Gargle with salt water. Pump up on vitamin C. Drink lots and lots of liquid. Chicken soup helps too! I use hot sauce too!

take ORNEX... it is for flu & sinusitis.... helps keep your head clear. Don't take it late in the day or at night, it will keep you awake. Drink lots of water. (only sold by Winn Dixie here in GA) your pharmacist can get it for you.

try sudefed, tylenol, or tylenol cold and sinus. also saline nose spray works. if you feel sick for a few days you should probably see your doctor because it could be a sinus infection that needs antibiotics. I get them all the time, it sucks. I hope you feel better.
