what kind of hair cut is best for limp, frizzy hair?

My hair is in need of a hair cut, but it's also very hard to manage i flat iron it to get the frizz out and i want to be able to have a cut and not one that will look so puffy.

I would say a medium-length hair-cut. It should be short enough to give you a little volume, but long enough to not be crazy big. Layered would also help. You should some sort of frizz control gel to help out.
