I know every singly one of these answers is going to tell you to get help, and I know that is the one thing you don't want to hear, but it's what you need to do. If you feel like you can take it straight to your parents then do, but if not take it to a school counselor. Trust me, they've heard this before and it won't be anything new to them; they will know what to do to help you get through this. They want to help you get through this, ok? But you know what the good news is, it just sounds like a case of bad depression! Nothing more! And depression is treatable. I understand that you may feel like you have to cut, and while I don't like it I agree that it is a better option than suicide SO make sure you use clean blades, etc. and keep the cut clean until it heals. No one is going to be able to help you tell anyone else about this so you are going to have to do it on your own. It doesn't even have to be a parent or counselor. It could be anyone you trust. Prefereably an adult, but you could tell a kid and ask them to take it to an adult if that was easier. Any way you do this you are going to be ending up dealing with adults. There is no way around that, but if you tell them yourself at least you get to pick an adult you trust and that you feel comfortable around. Things can get better if you'll let them, but it's probably going to take some work. I wish you sooooo much luck and send tons of love. Know that you're not alone, there are other people with the same problems who have gotten through this.

try dreaming of other things. suicide is not even supposed to be an option for us. you see, life truly is full of ups and downs. look at it this way: the sadness that's eating you right now will later on be the basis of the simple joys you'll have in the future. you're only fifteen, for crying out loud. just always tell yourself to stop thinking about it. kurt cobain killed himself when he was 27. try yourself. like say, "OK i'll forget about this suicide crap until i'm 27 and then I'll decide if it ever will be worth it." by next week i'm sure you'll have a hundred things worth staying alive for! visit the restaurant near you and observe the people there, you will see that, hey! they probably have problems bigger than yours. or! you could find someone to share your emotional scars with. p.s. don't delve in sad music. go ska! +love&peace-
shoot, i forgot! your mother may not seem right, but she is.

Tell your school counselor, or another family member or adult other than your mother that you trust and ask them to help you find a therapist or psychiatric care center that could help you. Cutting can be just a phase, but it can also be a symptom of depression, which can be life threatening. I hope you find that help that you rightfully need and get to feeling better.

go to www.savior.org right now and just spend some time with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament and talk to him and then start going to a Catholic Church when they have adoration and you can sit with him there too (just call a Catholic Church and ask about Adoration times) and nobody has to talk to you or you do not have to talk with anybody else. When you start feeling better you need to join the Church. Down the road when you are of age if your parents don't let you now but, just keep it between him and you right now if you want to.

Cutting is a very serious thing. I can see that you want to stop or to get rid of the pain inside you. Cutters usually have a deep pain that is too hard to examine. They cut because they can control THAT pain.
Clearly this bothers you and you can't seem to stopl Please get professional help., If you don't know how to do this, email me.
You CAN get out of this, but you will need some help.

You must get help. It will not go away by itself; it will only get worse. Talk to your counselor or an adult you trust. You are full of anger and depression, and there is help out there for you but you have to ask for it.

I used to be a cutter... and the best thing that ever happened to me was getting help. I saw a counselor and then she referred me to a psychiatrist who then prescribed me pills. I'm now on Celexa for depression.
