I am curious to know if anyone knows the name of Catholicism's
monastic order that takes a vowe of silence for life?

I do not know of any.

Silence is a discipline and is usually observed except under unusual circumstances, but not by vow.

The most popular order like this would be the Trappists.

With love in Christ.
