It is actually too dry, so the ends have broken at different lengths and the shafts are all crinkled up. You need an oil treatment left in all day, then shampoo with a gentle moisturizing shampoo and then condition with like Kerafix which is expensive but worth every penny! Then add about a quarter size dollop of Farouk Bio Silk oil and work that through your hair, gently dry on med heat, you need heat for Bio silk to really penetrate well. After that use a little Bio silk every day even on dry hair. Your hair will get silky and stop breaking. My hair is now down to my butt because of Bio silk!

When your hair is wet it looks great because there is plenty of moisture in it to make it shiny and smooth. When it dries the moisture does too. You need to apply lots of leave in conditioner to your hair. This puts moisture back in. Also try lots of conditioning treatments (PPS brand is good-ask your hairdresser). Look after your hair with regular trims. Healthy hair always looks shinier.

use a hair serum in it at the same time as damp. i take advantage of TIGI S element serum and Paul Mitchel large skinny on the salon I artwork at. And at the same time as in school I worked With Aveda try the smotthing fluid by aveda. it is going to tender your cuticle down and could help pervent frizz on your hair. i'm hoping you detect something that works for you

sunsilk...get hairapy!!

haha...it's not just a catchy commercial, i use the pink "Hydra TLC" line. also, something i've found that is AMAZING is fructise long and strong leave in treatment. you buy it in a little round bottle thing, and put it in your hair before you dry it. THAT works great!!!!

When it's dry, put some type of hair lotion on it or some Alberto V05.

yeah that is exactly what happens to me when i drie my hair but that is because of the humidity in the air. maybe switch to a better shampoo and conditioner.
