Wait. You said you think too much? Like how? This might be just like me. I don't know what's wrong with me. Maybe I have the same thing you do. Please explain what you mean by thinking too much.

In my opinion, everybody has ocd about something.. I have ocd about the toothpaste cap... I hate it, absolutely hate it when people don't put the cap on the toothpaste tube... too many analyzers out there.. what most people call ocd today used to just be called a pet peeve.. or a worry depending..if it affects how you live your life, then you might want to seek help, but medication is not the answer.. too many people medicated for things these days..

No, I hate the Cubs the most, then the Twins, then the Red Wings, then the Packers so I guess I hate two teams from baseball before I hate teams from any other sport. I'm a White Sox, Blackhawks, Bears fan btw.

man i dunno.. i have ocd related trichotillomania and it sux b/c there isn't really any meds u can take for it. u just kinda have to have the willpower, which is hard to come by if u also suffer from depression. i kno ocd sucks, but keep ya head up and be strong. u can do it!! try not to think so much. easier said than done, trust me i know, but hey, this is something u can't handle day by day. this stuff is minute by minute, and i KNOW u will get thru this. good luck..

Most people with OCD who feel they need help talke to a psychiatrist or conselor who specializes in OCD. OCD can be treated with medication, cognative behavioral therapy, or a combination of both.

You don't have to suffer.
