i wanna eat some food that contains most proteins and least fats.Whixh is the best food?

fish is good for protein and some good fats. remember, your body needs fat, so make sure to eat some to stay healthy. there are fats whic are good for the body, and other that are harmful.

also, you're jogging way too much. you're going to kill your knees. better jog (or really RUN, which is much better) 3X/week and add in some other exercises like calisthenics or weights on the other days.

take beans everyday but take less carbohydrate food n eat more green vege as well as fruits.
