Like, federal tax, medicare... yada yada yada. And i also need all the percentages. THANKS!

first of all it depends on your filing status, where you live, if you have a local tax, etc. i live in NYC and here are our payroll deductions

Federal - approx 25%
Fica - 6.2% up to $94,200 of wages
Medicare - 1.45%
State - 9%
City (may not be applicable)
disability - .60 per week

your state tax rate may be different, or you may not have state and local taxes at all !

you can also have pre-tax deductions like health insurance and 401(k) contributions

The Federal Tax is from a chart
Social Security and Medicare are percentages
I forget Soc Sec but medicare is .0145%

medicare - for medicare for when you need it

soc sec - for ss when you get real old (like over 65)

fed withholding - money that your employer withholds to prevent you from having to pay a ton of $ all at once in taxes

percentages?? they vary...

and there isn't even an exact % for your fed withholding, it's based on how much your earning and how much you earned last year, etc...
