The best way for meth not to be in your system is to not take it in the first place.
I don't think there is any way to clean out your system, and that's a good thing. You need not be rewarded for screwing up your life, and the lives of the people around here.

Let's assume you have a drug problem.The first step is to admit
it.You've done that. Now take the test and hope you come out negative but if you don't you still are on your way to a clean and better life-test or no test you win. Your concern should keep you clean and your ability to ask others for help should keep you involved in maintaining your life without drugs.
