My boyfriend has a Brain Tumor ... .. The MRI's say that it is growing ... he is having more and more seizures .. he is losing more and more of the use of his right side now .. his headaches are getting worse ... My question is ... Ive seen people with cancer and as it progresses they seem to lose alot of weight ... they start looking sick ... My boyfriend isnt losing any weight ... he looks pretty good infact ... does a brain tumor react the same way other cancers do ? does the person lose alot of weight ? or with a brain tumor does the person seem ok and then one day just pass over ... I guess im just hoping that he still has alot of time left ... what im afraid of is he might not .... the tumor is growing pretty fast now .. its a grade 3 ....

This seems to be a very severe and urgent issue. You absolutely MUST speak with your boyfriend and his doctor ASAP about what's going on.

There are many, many types of brain cancers (as well as benign tumors, though you said this is a "stage 3" tumor, so I will assume it's cancer). Not all of them result in the stereotypical cancer "constitutional" symptoms of weight loss, nausea, fever, etc.

Different cancers, of course, have different survivabilities. "Stage 3" does not always mean imminent death; in fact (using an example), a majority of people with certain blood lymphomas can be cured at stage 3.

I do not know much about brain cancers, so please do get more details on the specific kind of tumor your boyfriend has.

Best of luck to your boyfriend.

My family, nurses and preachers. I've seen both, a tumor is a growth in or on the brain. Where the aneurysm is a vein within the brain that blows and leaks blood into the surrounding tissue. most people die of the aneurysm, which is fast. Standing there talking and they are gone. Of the two take the aneurysm.

I'm assuming his tumor is inoperable. If not, he can opt for Gamma knife surgery which will attack the cancerous cells without invasive surgery. It may not destroy the entire tumor, but may reduce the size and improve his quality of life. Not everyone with cancer loses weight or start to look sick. It depends on the type of cancer and the person's general health during diagnosis.

I am so sorry to hear about your boyfriend! Losing weight is common in cancer patients, although doctors aren't really sure why. Has your boyfriend gotten a second opinion? Doctors vary in their cancer expertise and their mode of treatment. Another doctor may treat your boyfriend's cancer more aggressively. Best wishes!

ARSENICUM ALBUM 200C 1st night one dose
PHOSPHORUS 200C 2nd night one dose
To be carried on exactly in the same sequence one night one dose of Arsenic Album the next Phosphorus and follow them up every four hourly with these Cell Salts
1.KALI PHOS 6X
2.CALC FLOUR 6X
3.CALC PHOS 6X
4,MAG PHOS 6X
5.SILICEA 6X
All of these five salts together 4 tablets each every four hours. This prescription will not interfere with the regular medication nor will they cause any side effects or complications of any sort.
In homeopathy the best way to prescribe is by the exact symptoms the patient tells you. How and what the sick person exactly feels is how homeopathy goes about treating and curing him. So it would be lots better if the patient gives his or her details in their own words not the pathological diagnosis of the doctor.
Keep me informed about the progress and conditions of the patient on regular basis if you decide to take this prescription.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines and keep the medicines away from heat, sunlight, fragrances and scents and do not store in a fridge and keep the lids tightly on at all the times
Take Care and God Bless you.
