She may feel that because you raised her you will tell her how to raise her child and wants to make up her own mind about what is right for her baby. Just give her some space but let her know that you would really like to see the baby when it is convenient for her. She will soon be asking for advice just wait and see.

If she was raised by you, then she looks at you as the MOTHER FIGURE. And most girls when they have a baby they need space and time. They certainly dont want their mother hanging around telling them what they should do or should not do. Maybe she thinks you will judge her?
Give her time. I really bet it has nothing really to do with you and your relationship with her other than she needs time to bond with baby and be alone.
Many women feel this way when they have a baby. You did nothing wrong. Just back off and I bet she will come to you.
